Pinnacle Life Insurance - Daniel Ray We purchased a whole + term life product for our 27 year-old daughter. We did this during Covid, multiple remote offices and travel, his office move, applications in different States, and both weather and administrative delays. Honestly, I wanted so much to give Danny 5 Stars. Or 4.5 stars. In many instances he went above and beyond to help and educate both my daughter and me with illustrations, special video tutorials, and multiple emails and calls. I must say we both extended our patience with each other and the situations at hand. He is very open, personable, and shares life experiences that are relatable. We went through his horrible Covid bout, and a period when I was caring for my mother who ultimately passed away. Needless-to-say, we are like neighbors or friends. I would do business with him again and recommend him to others. The reasons behind the stepped down rating: lack of back-up person to back stop the communications with better response times, manage and check documents before sending them out to the customer, and chasing and validating 3rd party medical testing and administrative procedures. All created extra work and lost time for both Danny and for me. In balance – we are in the home stretch and I believe we made the right choices!

He's explained very good strategies that he's developed to help me get the best rate I can possibly get, and I greatly appreciate him for that.
