Trying to put in place a "transition" policy Trying to put in place a "transition" policy for one's mother is a challenging task ( at least for me) Dany Ray was patient, understanding, kind, helpful, responsive, did I mention patient. It took us ( my mother and siblings) a while to wrap our heads around this "task", to ask and re-ask questions. Through it all he never acted like we were an inconvenience or "getting on his nerves".
