My knowledgeable Agent I was looking for insurance to cover funeral expenses. After answering questions regarding my health, my Agent gave me a few quotes from which I picked one. My Agent was very knowledgeable about which plan worked within my budget and coverage. I would definitely refer my Agent to friends. He was very personable and didn't pressure me which I loved. Pinnacle Life Insurance - Daniel Ray We purchased a whole + term life product for our 27 year-old daughter. We did this during Covid, multiple remote offices and travel, his office move, applications in different States, and both weather and administrative delays. Honestly, I wanted so much to give Danny 5 Stars. Or 4.5 stars. In many instances he went above and beyond to help and educate both my daughter and me with illustrations, special video tutorials, and multiple emails and calls. I must say we both extended our patience with each other and the situations at hand. He is very open, personable, and shares life experiences that are relatable. We went through his horrible Covid bout, and a period when I was caring for my mother who ultimately passed away. Needless-to-say, we are like neighbors or friends. I would do business with him again and recommend him to others. The reasons behind the stepped down rating: lack of back-up person to back stop the communications with better response times, manage and check documents before sending them out to the customer, and chasing and validating 3rd party medical testing and administrative procedures. All created extra work and lost time for both Danny and for me. In balance – we are in the home stretch and I believe we made the right choices!

Very determined/relentless to do whatever she could do to get coverage for my hunband. Appreciate every minute she spent on making this happen. Trying to put in place a "transition" policy Trying to put in place a "transition" policy for one's mother is a challenging task ( at least for me) Dany Ray was patient, understanding, kind, helpful, responsive, did I mention patient. It took us ( my mother and siblings) a while to wrap our heads around this "task", to ask and re-ask questions. Through it all he never acted like we were an inconvenience or "getting on his nerves". He is an amazing human being and a great agent.

Excellent Communication and Price I contacted Pinnacle after being approved for a 20 year term policy by another company, but at what I considered to be an exorbitant cost. Danny got back to me right away and felt sure his company could do better. He was right. Within weeks I signed a contract for a great policy at a much more favorable price. I highly recommend this company.
