Excellent Communication and Price I contacted Pinnacle after being approved for a 20 year term policy by another company, but at what I considered to be an exorbitant cost. Danny got back to me right away and felt sure his company could do better. He was right. Within weeks I signed a contract for a great policy at a much more favorable price. I highly recommend this company.

The agent was the best! The agent, Danny Ray, was very personable besides being knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to find out about my situation and needs, as well as telling me about the average costs of funerals in my area. Then he made recommendations as to what would suit me best. During the entire conversation I felt that he had my best interests at heart.

We did this during Covid, multiple remote offices and travel, his office move, applications in different States, and both weather and administrative delays. Honestly, I wanted so much to give Danny 5 Stars. Or 4.5 stars. In many instances he went above and beyond to help and educate both my daughter and me with illustrations, special video tutorials, and multiple emails and calls. I must say we both extended our patience with each other and the situations at hand. He is very open, personable, and shares life experiences that are relatable. We went through his horrible Covid bout, and a period when I was caring for my mother who ultimately passed away. Needless-to-say, we are like neighbors or friends. I would do business with him again and recommend him to others. The reasons behind the stepped down rating: lack of back-up person to back stop the communications with better response times, manage and check documents before sending them out to the customer, and chasing and validating 3rd party medical testing and administrative procedures. All created extra work and lost time for both Danny and for me. In balance – we are in the home stretch and I believe we made the right choices!
