I was surprised to have my policy issued so quickly after I'd submitted the application and felt so relieved that my ring was covered that same day! I appreciated that I was able to upload the appraisal form from my jeweler.

GBI picked up insurance to find out that… I picked up insurance to find out that they resended my insurance when filed a claim. I lost my engagement ring. They resended it due to a claim from 7 years ago that I totally forgot about. Make sure you know for sure that you had no claims or your jewelry is not going to be covered. I believe the application process should include a claims check before taking peoples money. I’m frustrated because I could have went to another company. Now I have to pay for another engagement ring. They did refund the policy.
