GBI made 1 claim on a lost necklace by… I made 1 claim on a lost necklace in a accident and they replaced it just like they said they would. THEN SENT A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING THEY DROPPED ME FROM THE INSURANCE COVERING MY REPLACEMENT AND OTHER ITEMS I HAD INSURED.

GBI picked up insurance to find out that… I picked up insurance to find out that they resended my insurance when filed a claim. I lost my engagement ring. They resended it due to a claim from 7 years ago that I totally forgot about. Make sure you know for sure that you had no claims or your jewelry is not going to be covered. I believe the application process should include a claims check before taking peoples money. I’m frustrated because I could have went to another company. Now I have to pay for another engagement ring. They did refund the policy.
