He carefully explained what each part of the insurance coverages do and allowed me to choose which portions I wanted to keep to protect my family at a much better price than I could find on my own. GBI had insurance with this company last… I had insurance with this company last year and I cancelled it this year. I was informed that I would receive a refund, however I haven't received it yet. I've called customer service five times, and each time I've been put on hold for an hour. The refund in question is only $2000, so I'm confused as to why the company is not sending my money.
