I had insurance with this company last… I had insurance with this company last year and I cancelled it this year. I was informed that I would receive a refund, however I haven't received it yet. I've called customer service five times, and each time I've been put on hold for an hour. The refund in question is only $2000, so I'm confused as to why the company is not sending my money.
