GBI had insurance with this company last… I had insurance with this company last year and I cancelled it this year. I was informed that I would receive a refund, however I haven't received it yet. I've called customer service five times, and each time I've been put on hold for an hour. The refund in question is only $2000, so I'm confused as to why the company is not sending my money. The home address is 4124 Melody Ln, Odessa-Tx 79762.

Pedero M. was my agent and he was amazing, knowledgeable, patience, and very respectable. He called and email me to check to see if I had any questions. I will refer friends and family.
