I had insurance with this company last… I had insurance with this company last year and I cancelled it this year. I was informed that I would receive a refund, however I haven't received it yet. I've called customer service five times, and each time I've been put on hold for an hour. The refund in question is only $2000, so I'm confused as to why the company is not sending my money. TGS and David Garcia I have been with TGS for some years now and have had mostly great service. On the last auto renewal David Garcia was instrumental in saving me money. He carefully explained what each part of the insurance coverages do and allowed me to choose which portions I wanted to keep to protect my family at a much better price than I could find on my own. He is now helping me search for a reasonably priced homeowner's policy. UPDATE 4/16/24 - David saved me money on my Homeowner's big time. Excellent job David! thank you!
