Cancellation Fee’s I’ve been with Pronto about a year and a half. I recently traded in my vehicles and called to replace the old vehicles with the new ones only to be told they aren’t allowed to cover 2024 vehicles yet… it’s almost 1/2 way through the year and they’re not covering 2024’s? I find this odd. So I had to find a completely different insurance after just renewing my policy a week ago. I called to cancel the policy with Pronto and yes I know I’ll be charged for the days of coverage but they also charge a cancellation fee. I would totally understand if I left Pronto for any other reason BUT this was out of my control since Pronto WON’T cover new vehicles. I honestly don’t like being charged for something that was out of my hands. I had no other choice but to switch companies 😑

When you ask, do I deserve a raise. This is what it looks like I had a called a few places for quotes and got the run around. I called and immediately received assistance, exceptional service. She went out of her way to relate to me as a customer. Friendly and a caring nature with a mix of professionalism. She is a true representation of Fantastic Customer Service!
