GBCancellation Fee’s I’ve been with Pronto about a year and a half. I recently traded in my vehicles and called to replace the old vehicles with the new ones only to be told they aren’t allowed to cover 2024 vehicles yet… it’s almost 1/2 way through the year and they’re not covering 2024’s? I find this odd. So I had to find a completely different insurance after just renewing my policy a week ago. I called to cancel the policy with Pronto and yes I know I’ll be charged for the days of coverage but they also charge a cancellation fee. I would totally understand if I left Pronto for any other reason BUT this was out of my control since Pronto WON’T cover new vehicles. I honestly don’t like being charged for something that was out of my hands. I had no other choice but to switch companies 😑

GBThis was pretty simple This was pretty simple, no frills, which i appreciate. Customer service when I had to change vehicles on my policy was excellent. Straight forward and polite. Give them a try. If you want an insurance company that is cheap and easy to work with...here they are.
