They arent very easy to reach and… They arent very easy to reach and aren't very informational. For example there is a new form we need to use but I didn't get any direction on the changes or what to do. Just a new form to fill out with directions to send to the DCC but not who in the DCC. I tried to find the answer online but it was not the right fraction of the DCC.

Young lady that took care of me did a… Young lady that took care of me did a very good job and was very respectful one thing I’m still waiting for however, is one of the departments to get back to me about insurance on Workmen’s Comp. which is not covered on the surety is different for the California contractors I’m still waiting for someone to contact me on that but the young lady was superb. Very dishonest company Renewed policy several months before current one expired so were now paying double for those months, payment had already gone thru before I noticed the date change and they blew me off when I enquired why! Not a happy customer!
