The agents are very knowledgeable The agent I spoke with, Steven Foligno, was very courteous, listening to my needs, and providing information to allow me to make an informed choice. He answered my questions, and provided contrasts with plans. He also thoroughly reviewed the various parts of Medicare, ensuring that I had a good understanding of what is covered or not. I was presented with several options so that I felt comfortable with my final choice.
