GBTerrible company Terrible company. They promise a max of 48 hour turnaround and don’t even come close to that. They lied to me and manipulated me to get my business and secure my contract and then didn’t uphold their promises. I never would have bound coverage with the company that takes more than 48 hours to produce a certificate of insurance. I often need these immediately and this company does not hold up their promises. Terrible customer service. They will trick you lie to you and manipulate you. Do not trust this company.

GBSimply Business Is Simply Amazing! My experience was amazing! Everything was very comprehensible I was done everything under 15 minutes. All of the forms and everything was drawn up very professionally. I'm beyond pleased with this program! God bless you all! Blessings!

GBMy rep was named Zion The person who assisted me was named Zion?( I think that's what she said) She was not only patient but she knew her product and helped explain options in easy to understand terms. I didn’t feel pressured but aware of my options and confident in my decisions. I was very happy with her customer service and would suggest she train others in product knowledge and customer service.

GBI had no idea that it would be so easy… I had no idea that it would be so easy to get Business Liability Insurance, but after a call to Simply Business, I had the policy in hand in about 20 minutes and at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them to any business who wants to save some cash and get what you need...
