I didn’t feel pressured but aware of my options and confident in my decisions. I was very happy with her customer service and would suggest she train others in product knowledge and customer service.

GBTerrible company Terrible company. They promise a max of 48 hour turnaround and don’t even come close to that. They lied to me and manipulated me to get my business and secure my contract and then didn’t uphold their promises. I never would have bound coverage with the company that takes more than 48 hours to produce a certificate of insurance. I often need these immediately and this company does not hold up their promises. Terrible customer service. They will trick you lie to you and manipulate you. Do not trust this company.
