Still got nowhere Called twice, on hold 30 minutes first time, an hour second time, then disconnected. I changed my name at April 11th appointment. I received my Social security card, but need Medicare card. Medicare told me last week they can’t send new card because social security hasn’t notified them of name change. Social security said they aren’t required to notify them. Someone, please help me!!! I have upcoming Doctor appointments, and need card with name correctly on it.

Much easier than expected I do not know what I would have done without Lyla Campbell with Clear Match Solutions. I was afraid I would need to make many important decisions on my own with no help. Jermaine was very helpful and patient Jermaine was very helpful and patient. This was the first time I've had to buy Medigap insurance and he was very patient with all of my questions. And I'm sure I asked the same questions over and over again. He set me up with insurance for my husband and I will be calling back to my other representative that I've already spoken to regarding my short-term insurance.
