She guided me and made me feel very confident once a plan was chosen. She saw the process entirely through as she actually did the enrollment and assured me that she would still be there for guidance once everything was in place. Still got nowhere Called twice, on hold 30 minutes first time, an hour second time, then disconnected. I changed my name at April 11th appointment. I received my Social security card, but need Medicare card. Medicare told me last week they can’t send new card because social security hasn’t notified them of name change. Social security said they aren’t required to notify them. Someone, please help me!!! I have upcoming Doctor appointments, and need card with name correctly on it.

And I'm sure I asked the same questions over and over again. He set me up with insurance for my husband and I will be calling back to my other representative that I've already spoken to regarding my short-term insurance.

Sign up for annual drug plan The person-Lisa-who assisted me to sign up for my drug plan was VERY helpful and patient. There are so many disclaimers to listen to, but since this is not my first time signing up, I knew to take time and wait it out…Just needed to have all my information ready, and she answered any questions I had about payments.🤓
