Openly gives agent the ability to upload documentation. Also, Openly agreed to write a NH home that have a 6 week lapse in coverage. All of this made it excellent experience with Openly. Rip off Openly is canceling my policy because I had two claims, water damage wall and roof leak and the other was wind damage to a shingle roof on our workshop which they would only pay for half of. Very disheartened. I paid them for a service and they are penalizing me for using it. I don’t recommend this company.

First year with Openly then renewal First year with Openly, no claims filed, never had to use them, when it came to renew they wanted to increase my renewal by more than half. No notifications, no explanation, not attempt to retain this customer. It seems this business would prefer to keep a smaller client list.
