pleased as a personal lines agent with over a decade's experience, openly appears to be taking a path i'd been waiting on the industry to follow. it's a product and interface that appears to have both the client and agent in mind.

Openly changed things up...for the better While I was a bit nervous with the chat-only feature when I started writing with Openly a couple of years ago, now I think more carriers should move to this model. Everyone is responsive and helps to address any concerns. Any promise of a follow up has either met or exceeded my expectations.
