GBYou might want to read the Better… You might want to read the Better Business Reviews before getting this Insurance Company. They sign you up and send an uninformed 20 year old out to inspect and try to find something wrong, even if is in accordance with building codes then threaten to drop you on your renewal date.

GBUnhappy with American Family until I found the right agency to deal with then things went 100% smooth. At first no one on my veneral area would return my alls nor messages. I decided to reach out to other location and thankfully I found Sylvia Ruiz she actually awswered the pgone and got me a lolicy drawn up imediatly. My experiance with Sylvia Ruiz was the best customer service Ive had in years. All agencies should take a lesson from Sylvia, people want to talk to a guman beinv dint get run thru the phone gauntlet. All my future dealing with home and auto will be with Sylvia
