I decided to reach out to other location and thankfully I found Sylvia Ruiz she actually awswered the pgone and got me a lolicy drawn up imediatly. My experiance with Sylvia Ruiz was the best customer service Ive had in years. GBUpdate needed on Web and App system I like the policy and agent generally. However, I've never had to file a claim. My issue is with how clunky and difficult the web based and app based payment system is to use. The inability to use the same primary email address on separate accounts caused me great problems and I've never been able to log into the Android application.
