My experience was great because l was…treated with respect and real courtesy My experience was great because l was talking with a person who actually listened to what l had to say, gave thought to what l said, and let me know that what l said had value. Sometimes it is important to know you are cared about as a human being with feelings and not a test subject to win merit points. Also when the agent called me back and did follow up on my concerns was important to me. Thank you for having someone on your staff who cares and shows they care.

Caring and knowledgeable employee Jess was incredibly kind when i first called before I receive my Medicare Card. I was so grateful I got him again. His voice is very easy to understand. Perfect not fast/slow low/high. His attitude and expertise made me feel he cared about me. I can not thank you enough for having such a wonderful person and employee. Give him a raise but don't change his job!!
