When I called you office the call was… When I called you office the call was promptly. Your Representative asked the reason for my call and upon explaining to her she quickly went ahead to ask the relevant questions. She took time to explain in details what’s entailed in the plan. She was patient with me as at one point I had to disconnect the phone to attend to a client at work. I was very impressed by the service accorded to me over the phone and by the end of our conversation I felt that all the anxiety I had had been subdued. Keep it up Team Chan.

Sometimes it is important to know you are cared about as a human being with feelings and not a test subject to win merit points.
