GBWhen I called you office the call was… When I called you office the call was promptly. Your Representative asked the reason for my call and upon explaining to her she quickly went ahead to ask the relevant questions. She took time to explain in details what’s entailed in the plan. She was patient with me as at one point I had to disconnect the phone to attend to a client at work. I was very impressed by the service accorded to me over the phone and by the end of our conversation I felt that all the anxiety I had had been subdued. Keep it up Team Chan.

GBCaring and knowledgeable employee Jess was incredibly kind when i first called before I receive my Medicare Card. I was so grateful I got him again. His voice is very easy to understand. Perfect not fast/slow low/high. His attitude and expertise made me feel he cared about me. I can not thank you enough for having such a wonderful person and employee. Give him a raise but don't change his job!!

GBHumana PPO plan is Not what Kim Matias… Humana PPO plan is Not what Kim Matias said it is. I contacted Humana ceo, BBB, Medicare, governors office for fraud & deceptive business practices, my attorney, etc. Humans phone reps are useless. A con; fraud. This is now a dental emergency because you do NOT cover oral surgeons. Never lie or mislead which is what she did to sell this plan.
