I’ve had numerous bad experiences with customer service in general, so that is what I was expecting. I went back to trying to figure out my forgotten password. Less than 10 minutes later I had an email and a return phone call from a live person to make sure I was able to access my account.

My Insurance Binder needs to list FENG SHUI I need an insurance binder that actually lists that my modality is covered under the "Movement" classes that I teach. I also teach FENG SHUI, which is listed on your site, but I need it listed in the insurance binder coverage contract. Just because it is on the page, is an assumption, not a fact of coverage.
