GBI forgot my password I forgot my password so I called the 800 number and reached the voice mail system. Honestly, my first reaction was not good. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with customer service in general, so that is what I was expecting. I went back to trying to figure out my forgotten password. Less than 10 minutes later I had an email and a return phone call from a live person to make sure I was able to access my account.

GBThe insurance gives me everything I… The insurance gives me everything I need except one thing. You guys charge extra for being covered with other companies meaning aggregations. Other companies such as ABMP don’t charge for that. You guys shouldn’t charge extra for that.

GBIt was easy It was easy. I did this on a Friday evening, so that is probably why I can't access my insurance policy. I'll try again tomorrow. It would have been nice to just be able to download and print it and not have to come back.
