They are on the ball when it comes to their newsletters, information, and renewal notices! I appreciate that about a company because they are keeping me on my toes and not letting my renewal slip through the cracks. Even though I am in the energy healing field, I still love the articles that they have - and they even cover Reiki!

GBI forgot my password I forgot my password so I called the 800 number and reached the voice mail system. Honestly, my first reaction was not good. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with customer service in general, so that is what I was expecting. I went back to trying to figure out my forgotten password. Less than 10 minutes later I had an email and a return phone call from a live person to make sure I was able to access my account.
