My next bill still showed a portion of my payment going for my auto insurance, and a portion going to my homeowners policy. I called a nice Amica rep. Now I will have to watch future bills. This is not the first time. A couple of years ago, my homeowners policy was miscalculated. I had a new roof put on but was charged as if I still had the old one. I got a refund, but this is very confusing for even a tech savy senior. Hope to see improvements here with billing practices.

Autopay Experience I had to change ny bank data for auto pay. The 1st time I thought it worked. I found out 2 weeks later it had not been done at Amica. I believe it happened this time based on a series of emails just received. Your staff was polite-except once when they hung up on me and I had to restart the process a 3rd time.

While other life insurance companies saw my unfortunate medical history/encounter with COVID negatively, they quoted me impossible rates.
