GBHeather is the Ultimate Best customer service person I ever spoke with at good2go Have been a happy customer for years since 2013 & had to Renew my policy and reinstate it because it had labs by a couple of days I was driving in the car I pulled over and Heather was on the phone I had my identity stolen in September and everything locked down Heather stayed on the phone as I said it on the middle Consol till I drove like 8 miles in order to get to somewhere stable that I can try to East sign because my phone would not let me she was so pleasant she didn’t wanna hang up she was very rude patient I felt so bad I have never met More patience understanding and caring customer service agent in my ears were good to go the way I did with Heather she is a godsend and an angel

GBNew Customer That’s Great2Go! Good2Go is legit! For a completely online operated insurance company their customer service is lovely :) I had a problem with my payment processing and every time I would input for a call back, they called back within 10 minutes! I had the pleasure to speak with Ellyn and simply put she needs a raise! She was very understanding with my issue and patient. She’s a great listener and just makes your BIG issue feel like a small bump in the road. I trusted that she would figure it out, she did :)

GBIf i could give this company 0 stars i… If i could give this company 0 stars i would, VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL, RUDE and THIEVES! I tried to start a policy online for some reason it kept giving me an "error" message but charged my account twice! I called SIX TIMES literally only to get through to people who don't know how to do their job! Some random guy was calling me "stupid" for getting my own quote online..... NEVER EVER get a policy unless you want to be scammed and transferred to complete ignorant people all day!

She answered the million questions I had and spoke in a soft voice to help me better understand what she was explaining. She deserves a raise.
