GBI bought this policy with the belief… I bought this policy with the belief they protected your phone. They don't they just take their money every month and when you have a claim they deny it even though it is covered under the policy. Then refuse to cancel it since your paying for nothing but them to rip you off. Stay far away from this company.

GBBest Cell Phone Insurance Best cell phone insurance provider and I'm so glad I found them a few years ago. Their claims/reimbursement process is pretty simple and straightforward. I recommend everyone save images of their serial #'s in the event you lose access to your phone.
