GBGreat Customer Service! I have purchased a NSSI policy for my daughter each school year for the last 4 years. She never had a claim until now (last quarter of her Senior Year). Her bicycle was stolen overnight at Stanford University. It was locked up in a 2nd floor walkway. The customer service has been remarkable. First, a live person from the Worth Ave Group answered the phone, and walked me through the claim process (very easy). My daughter was very organized and had a copy of the receipt from when she purchased her bike last year, and she had the business card of the police officer who took the report, which helped facilitate the process, but I was surprised to get an email this morning, 24 hours after the theft, letting us know our claim was approved and a check would be forthcoming in the mail in about a week! It was upsetting to have the bike stolen, but the simple claim process with the Worth Group helped to reduce the stress tremendously. Thank you!!!

GBBest Cell Phone Insurance Best cell phone insurance provider and I'm so glad I found them a few years ago. Their claims/reimbursement process is pretty simple and straightforward. I recommend everyone save images of their serial #'s in the event you lose access to your phone.

GBI’ve heard good things two of brothers… I’ve heard good things two of brothers and my sister have used this insurance for their phones/iPads for over a year with no complaints (even when my sister had her car broken into and phone stolen).
