Very bad,supposed to add 2 car in the… Very bad,supposed to add 2 car in the insurance, they did the premium with out the cars and told me after payments that the rate was no include with the cars,very disappointing and also didn't gave me full refund for cancel.However at the beginning i ask quote with the cars.

Terrible customer service I think that even asking "what went wrong this time" is indicative you are aware of the issues. Horrible customer service. Difficulty in getting any responses from representatives. Unable to get assistance even in the cases of adding services and policies. Constantly getting referred to another representative and don't get return calls or email responses.
