GBTerrible customer service I think that even asking "what went wrong this time" is indicative you are aware of the issues. Horrible customer service. Difficulty in getting any responses from representatives. Unable to get assistance even in the cases of adding services and policies. Constantly getting referred to another representative and don't get return calls or email responses.
