USTerrible customer service I think that even asking "what went wrong this time" is indicative you are aware of the issues. Horrible customer service. Difficulty in getting any responses from representatives. Unable to get assistance even in the cases of adding services and policies. Constantly getting referred to another representative and don't get return calls or email responses.

USInsureon needs to be more efficient ! I have to call every year to get the new certificate of insurance declaration page for my policy for the current year. Why don’t you just send it with the renewal bill like the car insurance companies do. It would make more sense and I wouldn’t have to waste my time trying to get the right person on the phone each year. Brilliant idea!
