GBHappy for coverage, but there were issues. Liked that I had the coverage as it was 8k+ to fix the engine. Disliked the delays getting info they requested from one department to another. They obviously have caps on the per hour charge as I ended up paying about 20% of the bill. Also I use the vehicle in AZ roughly 3 months out of the year so was talking to them about canceling and restarting next December. They told me I should keep continuous coverage as all the industry was going way up in their deductibles and cost, calling other warranty companies, that was a flat out lie.

GBCarShield provided excellent customer… CarShield provided excellent customer service. Furthermore, the process was easy, quick, and worry free. One improvement that I would suggest is that the representative or adjuster maintain effective communication with the policy holder. Overall I'm glad that I chose CarShield.

GBCar Shield makes me feel safe. I called to confirm that I am paid in full until January 2016. The person I talked with was very professional and answered all my questions. My husband died recently and having Car Shield makes me feel safe.

GBYour agent was very pleasant but this… Your agent was very pleasant but this is only my second claim with car shield and I have had issues both times. Now I understand why you have so many complaints filed against you with the BBB. How can you approve a claim than tell me that in addition to my $100 deductible I will need to pay an additional $275. The claim isn’t really approved if I have to pay an estimated 40%-45% of the total repair cost. It kind of defeats the purpose of me having a car Sheild contract. I understand why this company is banned from doing business in some states.
