GBEveryone I talk to was very informative… Everyone I talk to was very informative and very helpful. Even got a couple follow-up calls to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend select quote to anyone.

GBMostly great experience Mostly great experience! The only frustrating part was errors that were made on my initial forms by the rep over the phone, and there was no way for me to edit the info when reviewing them online & I was told to sign anyway and call to request an amendment, which resulted in several calls back and forth over a period of weeks with reps to get it corrected before my policy was issued and now the info is on several extra documents instead of my original paperwork. Other than that, great experience with all of the reps who were kind and informative!

GBPoor communication Communication from the sales person was terrible. I had questions and concerns. I left voicemails and emails and he never returned either. Once I was approved, I was hounded nearly every day to sign the documents. The due date was clear on when I needed to return them, but it was ridiculous the number of voicemails and emails to complete. To me, it was all about the sale and not about customer service. If I was not so far into the process, I would have just canceled the application

GBI have already answered this survey I have already answered this survey. I think Select Quote has a great model of being Abe to approach many carriers., tailoring one's needs to the strengths of various carriers. I was honest with the saespersn about having atrial fib I was quoted a rate. After the records were sent by my doctor, select quote saidoh you have a-fib and your risk class just changed drastically. I feel it is a bait and switchtype company. However, I think the concept is on track.
