Everything was easy from beginning to… Everything was easy from beginning to end. My only complaint is that after I paid my premium, I have not heard one thing from the agent. I guess he got his commission and left town. Not good.

Poor communication Communication from the sales person was terrible. I had questions and concerns. I left voicemails and emails and he never returned either. Once I was approved, I was hounded nearly every day to sign the documents. The due date was clear on when I needed to return them, but it was ridiculous the number of voicemails and emails to complete. To me, it was all about the sale and not about customer service. If I was not so far into the process, I would have just canceled the application
