The only frustrating part was errors that were made on my initial forms by the rep over the phone, and there was no way for me to edit the info when reviewing them online & I was told to sign anyway and call to request an amendment, which resulted in several calls back and forth over a period of weeks with reps to get it corrected before my policy was issued and now the info is on several extra documents instead of my original paperwork. Other than that, great experience with all of the reps who were kind and informative!

Average experience The sales associate gave me lots of info. The process of setting up the policies took weeks longer than expected. The person helping with the follow up dropped the ball a couple of times in following up with my doctor when insurance company requested medical information. Also the person sent to our home to ask health questions and take blood samples was not very professional.
