And their handling of all issues related to the policy is very smooth and I trust their handling of everything to ensure, things are taking care of. No Response to Me Not the Repair Shop I was involved in a collision, filed a claim, and submitted for a photo estimate. Once approved, I took my vehicle to a local repair shop where they quickly discovered damaged that could not be seen prior to the removal of the bumper. They requested a supplement from the Damage Adjuster assigned to my claim, Rick Hill, who told them that they would hear from him on Monday...more than a week ago. I have been calling Rick; Jori Brinkman, the Claims Adjuster; and Angela Jenkins, the team Manager, but have not had any success getting a meaningful response from any of them. I have had a call back from an Adjuster named Anthony who was covering for Jori in her apparent absence, but he had none of the details that I had given in my repeated phone calls or emails, and after brief conversations never called back or emailed as promised with any resolution. Not even the courtesy of an update. My vehicle has been in the shop for nearly two weeks for a repair that would take two days. Meanwhile, my meager rental coverage was exhausted waiting for a supplement. I am stranded, inconvenienced, and extremely dissatisfied.
