The fella I spoke to on the phone came… The fella I spoke to on the phone came across to me as kind and professional. He spoke clearly. I felt I could trust that I was getting a fair deal financially and will be in good hands if I need any repairs on my car in the future. Thank you.

We fell for it! They send you an unasked-for post card in the mail asking for your current milage and in very small printing, easily missed they say they're not affiliated with any auto manufacturer. Once you've given them the milage they're immediately asking for your credit card number or bank account and wanting $100. And once you get your "confirmation" e-mail, they're covering you for nothing more than what your insurance already is. We're now out $100 and waiting 10-14 days for a new card to be mailed to us! All they're hoping for is lack of information leading to confusion and they got it from us, don't fall for it yourself. Have since found out these people are not accredited by the BBB, have a long pattern of complaints, and had Government action against them in 2022.

The two representatives I talked on April 4, 2024, to… The two representatives I talked to were very helpful in making the changes on the account. They were courteous and both knew their particular job. Both were friendly and I saw their smiles in their expressions. Thank you!

Customers satisfaction Working with the customer like two payments of $50 to meet the down payment and extending the payments from 12 months to 24 months to help people like me who are on fixed incomes. However, the proof is in the pudding when it come time for US Automotive Protection to accept and pay the first claim. Talk is cheap and I heard a lot of talk but now it will take action and $$$$ to fulfill the contract. I am of the opinion US will keep its obligations to its customer.
