Easy to use webpages, excellent customer service and affordable comprehensive coverage plans. This is my second time using their services. Short term or long term trip I have always been happy with my decision to have them cover me.

They also come with a lot of extra benefits that others I looked at like World Nomads and Nationwide don't - including coverage for stolen phone, laptop, camera, and personal liability. They also access to crisis response (panic button), mental health, telemedicine, airport lounge for delayed flights etc which is pretty great

Filling application was a little… Filling application was a little difficult...phone #, address fields kept bouncing back. Not really clear on me being in Thailand already. Said date of trip...well, I'm already here so just used midnight tonight until departure home. Talked to agent and they confirmed ok to buy while already in Thailand.

terrible customer support Called to get information (I've never used travel insurance and had a lot of questions) and left a message. I received a response via text a week later saying they had an emergency and were unable to help me. Exact response was "I would suggest you look online for travel insurance. Try a company like Travel Guard."

Excellent communication I got an immediate reply to all my questiones, and can go on planning my trips to places off the beaten track knowing that insurance is available.
