GBCustomer service It seems very difficult to work thru questions or concerns. We end up with 10-15 emails that could easily be taken care of in a few minutes with a call. Its difficult to get anyone to answer questions. There is MUCH needed improvement in customer service and relations.

This appears to be a technical issue with my account data, as others (even a close friend) was able to successfully update their company info for a quote.
