I wish that in future contractors that assigned would be from my more local area instead of 1 to 2 hours away, then wouldn't have to wait at times for one week appointment. GBBy the book. Your Sears tech was really by the book. His work order said "oven". and not "microwave". He was going to leave, until I called your office, and was told it was ok to fix. He is really by the book. He did a great job on the dryer. But the microwave was different.

GBCentral Vacuum Issue The contractor was assigned in a timely manner and he quickly assessed the issue. As it turns out, his company had installed the original central vacuum, 30 years ago. Once it was determined a new unit was needed, it was < a week to get this ordered, scheduled and installed.
