With me every step! I got a puppy to train as my service dog. A few weeks after we brought her home she was very sick and it went on for months. Embrace was with me every step of the way. The EoB's are easy to understand. The people I've chatted with have been very kind and so far everything has been covered. It takes the most frustrating part of a scary situation out of the equation.

Embrace has been very helpful so far! Embrace has been very helpful so far. I do recommend getting your cat and/or dog signed up for an insurance plan as soon as you adopt them. The exclusion for pre-existing conditions can be quite harsh if you wait to sign them up. I will always sign up my furbabies for a policy right after I adopt them! It is MUCH better to have an accidental policy and never use then to have an accident and not have an insurance policy! With cats and dogs, anything can happen even if we are careful!

This is a hard one for me This is a hard one for me. They eventually paid the claim, but getting there was very difficult. It was extremely frustrating just trying to get a representative on the phone. When I did, I was transferred multiple times and then the person I spoke with didn't even have ALL the records that I had provided in front of them. I appreciate them paying the claim. I do not appreciate what I had to go through to get there.
