GBEmbrace has been very helpful so far! Embrace has been very helpful so far. I do recommend getting your cat and/or dog signed up for an insurance plan as soon as you adopt them. The exclusion for pre-existing conditions can be quite harsh if you wait to sign them up. I will always sign up my furbabies for a policy right after I adopt them! It is MUCH better to have an accidental policy and never use then to have an accident and not have an insurance policy! With cats and dogs, anything can happen even if we are careful!

GBPart of our support system Exactly what I pay for. My service dog got sick, spent a week in hospital, needed medication, needed a blood transfusion from a live donor. I submitted my claim, received the 'up to 30 days' response. Two days later, my claim was approved and I had check in hand a week later. No muss, no fuss, no stress. I got to focus on my puppy without worrying if I would be able to make rent. Two months salary spent on her medical bills, and no delay paying any of my bills. I am so thankful Embrace was part of our support system.

GBThis is a hard one for me This is a hard one for me. They eventually paid the claim, but getting there was very difficult. It was extremely frustrating just trying to get a representative on the phone. When I did, I was transferred multiple times and then the person I spoke with didn't even have ALL the records that I had provided in front of them. I appreciate them paying the claim. I do not appreciate what I had to go through to get there.
