Embrace Pet Insurance was the number one on the list and decided to call. I spoke with Eli and he was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure speaking with him, so I decided to give them a try.

never got a claim reimbursed all they… never got a claim reimbursed all they did was hassle my vet so she didn't want to keep answering them, they 4 x asked for an invoice, which she sent, then they wanted dr. notes, etc as of today, two months later, nothing, my vet said other insurance did not hassle this was the only one

This is a hard one for me This is a hard one for me. They eventually paid the claim, but getting there was very difficult. It was extremely frustrating just trying to get a representative on the phone. When I did, I was transferred multiple times and then the person I spoke with didn't even have ALL the records that I had provided in front of them. I appreciate them paying the claim. I do not appreciate what I had to go through to get there.

I just cancelled my policy I just cancelled my policy. After 4 years the cost more than doubled. I had no claims that were ever approved. I sent 4 emails requesting the cancellation before the company responded. Very poor business in my opinion
