Great Service The repair people came the very next day, were very professional, and Took care of the problem, I would totally recommend them. When I have the opportunity, I always recommend your company, I am very pleased with Old Republic Home warranty.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE This has been an AWFUL EXPERIENCE trying to get our kitchen refrigerator fixed or replaced. Old Republic required three repair people to come out to all tell them the same thing- ITS A POS AND THEY SHOULDN'T TRY TO FIX! The cost to fix outweighs the cost to replace. We are going on 3 weeks with out a fridge with NO RESOLUTION!!!!!! Horrible customer service. Horrible process and protocol. Save your money and don’t do a home warranty with Old Republic.

Old Republic Home Protection works! We used Shaffer & Sons to repair our Heating/AC motor. After setting up appointment with Old Republic to schedule Shaffer we set up a Shaffer call. They came in, diagnosed and fixed our problem. We only paid the co pay of $85 and no other fee was charged for this repair that would have been several hundred dollars. Old Republic Home Protection works and is worth it!

The repairman arrived at the time I was told. The repairman arrived at the time I was told, he replaced the broken part but stated he needed to order another part; the latch on the door to ensure the door was latched properly.

No sense of urgency It shouldn't take me calling everyday for 4 days straight to get a technician out to take a look at my fridge that wasn't cooling. The representatives were all pretty rude when I would call and check the status, only 1 of the 7 I spoke with were actually helpful and gave me follow up call with information. My fridge was out for 8 days before someone finally came out to look at it. I was as patient as I could possibly be but it the urgency ORHP showed was pretty disappointing. My renewal was this month and the price went up significantly but I highly doubt any of their services improved, customer service included. Super disappointing company to work with.
