USORHP response was within 30 minutes of… ORHP response was within 30 minutes of filing the SERVICE REQUEST AND THE DESIGNATED CONTRACTOR - NOVA PLUMBING CONTACTED ME WITHIN 45 MINUTES AND CAME THE NEXT DAY - THE WORK WAS PERFORMED WITHIN 3 DAYS AND ERNIE FROM NOVA PLUMBING COMMUNICATED DAILY , PROVIDED UPDATES AND ORHP APPROVED THE P[OOL HEATER INTSAL WITHIN ONE DAY - WHAT INCREDIBLE SERVICE - THANK YOU

USYou need to hire additional personnel… You need to hire additional personnel so your customers aren’t on hold for over 30 minutes. Does not matter the time of day. It’s always the same LONG waiting period. Also, one of your employees is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. However, the technician who fixed our air conditioner was extremely professional and went out of his way to get the approved equipment, in spite of your company’s constant delay issues and excuses. There are major communication problems with Old Republic that need to be addressed and fixed.

USWorthless Plumber did not arrive for 3 days after the request was placed. By then the stoppage & smell had cleared. He would not do any diagnostics to identify the problem. We were charged for the service call even tho NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED!! Currently disputing. This is not the first time this has happened. I would say this home warranty was definitely NOT worth the money!

USNo sense of urgency It shouldn't take me calling everyday for 4 days straight to get a technician out to take a look at my fridge that wasn't cooling. The representatives were all pretty rude when I would call and check the status, only 1 of the 7 I spoke with were actually helpful and gave me follow up call with information. My fridge was out for 8 days before someone finally came out to look at it. I was as patient as I could possibly be but it the urgency ORHP showed was pretty disappointing. My renewal was this month and the price went up significantly but I highly doubt any of their services improved, customer service included. Super disappointing company to work with.
