GBNo sense of urgency It shouldn't take me calling everyday for 4 days straight to get a technician out to take a look at my fridge that wasn't cooling. The representatives were all pretty rude when I would call and check the status, only 1 of the 7 I spoke with were actually helpful and gave me follow up call with information. My fridge was out for 8 days before someone finally came out to look at it. I was as patient as I could possibly be but it the urgency ORHP showed was pretty disappointing. My renewal was this month and the price went up significantly but I highly doubt any of their services improved, customer service included. Super disappointing company to work with.

GBYou need to hire additional personnel… You need to hire additional personnel so your customers aren’t on hold for over 30 minutes. Does not matter the time of day. It’s always the same LONG waiting period. Also, one of your employees is by far the rudest person I have ever encountered. However, the technician who fixed our air conditioner was extremely professional and went out of his way to get the approved equipment, in spite of your company’s constant delay issues and excuses. There are major communication problems with Old Republic that need to be addressed and fixed.
