Years ago, I have been with ORHP for 24 years, you had to go through a lot of red tape and queries until you got the appointment with your service provider. It was done instantly, got the work order, and my repair company has already completed the job! YAY! Old Republic is very policy holder friendly!

Water Leak ….. Awesome very efficient professional understood our needs…every time we called they were very helpful…When the first company couldn’t come until the next week.. they found someone who came the next morning…Thankful that I had the home warranty..because our homeowners insurance doesn’t cover plumbing issues…So if you don’t have home warranty this is the company I highly recommend… this was our second time having to use them….Great Service each time…

Best Customer Service They listened to my issue with service provider dispatched to our home. Representative took appropriate action and scheduled provider to come back to our home as dishwasher was not fixed. Their customer service is the best which is why we renew every year!

No sense of urgency It shouldn't take me calling everyday for 4 days straight to get a technician out to take a look at my fridge that wasn't cooling. The representatives were all pretty rude when I would call and check the status, only 1 of the 7 I spoke with were actually helpful and gave me follow up call with information. My fridge was out for 8 days before someone finally came out to look at it. I was as patient as I could possibly be but it the urgency ORHP showed was pretty disappointing. My renewal was this month and the price went up significantly but I highly doubt any of their services improved, customer service included. Super disappointing company to work with.
