GBGreat prices on warranties for products… Great prices on warranties for products especially compared to others out there. I had a few questions about the warranty I wanted to buy for my LG oled and they responded quickly and were very helpful! I would highly recommend Upsie to my friends and family and anyone that is in the fence about extended warranties, no fine print or surprises when it comes to the coverage which is awesome!

GBOut of Business and Still Charging Me Company cancelled my plan back in November. Now, they are charging me again. Everything I've read says they are out of business, so looks like execs are scamming previous customers because they have our credit card numbers.

GBUSELESS I purchased a protection plan for my Peloton bike in February of 2020 from Upsie. Luckily I haven't needed to use it until now. I went online to file a claim, and received no additional information after that which I found odd. I received an email stating that Akko received my claim, but no claim number and no additional information provided. I then tried to find a phone number and come to find out that Upsie closed. I was never made aware of this, and I reached out to Akko, who informed me that they only took over the subscription coverage plans, not the warranty plan that I purchased outright. They suggested I check my inbox for an email from either Centricity or Fortegra, which I did and I do not have an email from either. I called both companies and neither has my plan. They searched using my phone number, email address and plan # that Upsie gave me, but no one has my plan. This is beyond upsetting. I read other reviews stating the same, and I even emailed the email address that Upsie responded with and of course I received no reply. Their website looks like they are still an active business and you can still purchase plans. Do not give this company your money!!!

GBUpsie is GREAT Upsie is GREAT! Not only are their warranty rates far more reasonable, their customer service is laudable. I had trouble finishing my purchase for a warranty, so I called them; they called me back within the hour, completed the application on their end, and also let me know my rate was actually lower than I had thought.

GBGreat value! I have two phones already covered by Upsie, and when I got my wife a Pixel watch the carrier wanted to add protection, I told them NO, I am getting mine covered by Upsie! I haven't had to file any claims, so I can't vouch for the service, but the pricing and easy sign-up are the best I have found.
