Unbeatable Value Very simple, straight forward transaction. I purchased an unlock Galaxy Fold 4. Originally had Samsung Care+ at $17.99 a monrh, even without the sweet 20% discount, the lower deductible and how much they cover, definitely spending less with Upsie versus Samsung

Paid for their 2 year warranty on my… Paid for their 2 year warranty on my 65" LG OLED TV. TV was not functioning properly so I filed a claim in November 2023. We ar enow in Feb 2024 and as ever follow up in the past, their answer is that they have submitted the claim to a "repair center" and the repair center will be reaching out to me. They say it is out of their hands now since the repair center has the work order from them to contact me, but they will not share the information of the repair center nor step up to cover replacement of the TV. Awful customer service and does not stand behind their product. STAY AWAY from Upsie period.

Out of Business and Still Charging Me Company cancelled my plan back in November. Now, they are charging me again. Everything I've read says they are out of business, so looks like execs are scamming previous customers because they have our credit card numbers.

Upsie is GREAT Upsie is GREAT! Not only are their warranty rates far more reasonable, their customer service is laudable. I had trouble finishing my purchase for a warranty, so I called them; they called me back within the hour, completed the application on their end, and also let me know my rate was actually lower than I had thought.

Great value! I have two phones already covered by Upsie, and when I got my wife a Pixel watch the carrier wanted to add protection, I told them NO, I am getting mine covered by Upsie! I haven't had to file any claims, so I can't vouch for the service, but the pricing and easy sign-up are the best I have found.
