GBSimple purchasing process. Competitive prices. I have multiple plans through Upsie. The purchasing experience wasn't bad at all. They continue to add new product categories and the prices seem reasonable. All I can comment on is the purchasing though as I have yet to need to use any of the plans or deal with customer service at all.

GBNo longer in Business Don't answer email, phone number is disconnected. They still charged for a warranty but when I called phone number in the email, they said Upsie went out of business December 2023. However, they are still accepting payments with no way to cancel.

They reached out to me regarding my open claims and took care of them right away. Moving to four stars.

GBOut of Business and Still Charging Me Company cancelled my plan back in November. Now, they are charging me again. Everything I've read says they are out of business, so looks like execs are scamming previous customers because they have our credit card numbers.

GBThe 50% discount had me hooked The 50% discount off of the monthly price for the first month was awesome. I mean the monthly fee for phone insurance is already much lower than ALL the major carriers, so even without the first month discount I would have still purchased my phone insurance from Upsie
