So far so good The website fully explained options and provided comparisons. Filling out warranty form was well-organized. Price was excellent. I had made one mistake and emailed as I wasn't sure how to fix it. Customer service answered within the day and fixed it for me. Awesome!

They reached out to me regarding my open claims and took care of them right away. Moving to four stars.

Great Customer Service What made my experience great with Upsie was that they are always professional and helpful. I had to call customer service because my merchandise did show up in the category box. They helped me resolve this matter very quickly and efficiently. This is my 4th warranty from Upsie and I'm sure I will be back.

Upsie website is easy to navigate Upsie website is easy to navigate, straight forward and customer friendly. I have used Upsie for the last 2-3 years and I have had no issues whatsoever with them. They are very cost effective and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Simple purchasing process. Competitive prices. I have multiple plans through Upsie. The purchasing experience wasn't bad at all. They continue to add new product categories and the prices seem reasonable. All I can comment on is the purchasing though as I have yet to need to use any of the plans or deal with customer service at all.
