I had to place my mother into memory care and try to get all of her tax information and investment info together and get my POA processed there at Nassau. She has been patient and given me all of the steps to get my mother's account set up for direct deposit so no checks are lost in the mail. She is a true gem and I am so grateful for her help!

Form correction I had the designation o beneficiary form returned to me because it wasn't filled in correctly.Your agent walked me through the form and instructed on how to correct it.Hopefully all is right now.
