I had called to ask for completion of a problem I brought to Nassau yesterday when I spoke to Geena. Elizabeth found the information I needed, had someone there compile it so that it could be sent to me, and then she emailed it! I received the info and can now put away my IRS forms for 2023. GBForm correction I had the designation o beneficiary form returned to me because it wasn't filled in correctly.Your agent walked me through the form and instructed on how to correct it.Hopefully all is right now.

She was very pleasant, professional and very willing to answer the questions regarding the policy. My questions were answered thoroughly. Naomi mentioned my email and we found that it was incorrect; she corrected my email name. She is also sending me a new beneficiary form. It was a pleasure. Thank you.
