Joann Jones has been TREMENDOUS help… Joann Jones has been TREMENDOUS help for me during this difficult time. I had to place my mother into memory care and try to get all of her tax information and investment info together and get my POA processed there at Nassau. She has been patient and given me all of the steps to get my mother's account set up for direct deposit so no checks are lost in the mail. She is a true gem and I am so grateful for her help!

Elizabeth, the problem-solver! Elizabeth Crandall was attentive to my need and most understanding! I had called to ask for completion of a problem I brought to Nassau yesterday when I spoke to Geena. Elizabeth found the information I needed, had someone there compile it so that it could be sent to me, and then she emailed it! I received the info and can now put away my IRS forms for 2023.
