USForm correction I had the designation o beneficiary form returned to me because it wasn't filled in correctly.Your agent walked me through the form and instructed on how to correct it.Hopefully all is right now.

I had to place my mother into memory care and try to get all of her tax information and investment info together and get my POA processed there at Nassau.
