I called as a frustrated teacher who makes less than 20k a year. My tax return for all of $400. Was being rejected due to 1095-a. I had not received it. Also was in jeopardy of not getting my refund as I’m homeless and needing all I can get as a low earner. May we fix this broken system in the US. children can’t read and I can’t afford 43k in student loans due to an associate degree. I can’t afford housing, nor to further my education. I want to make more and have a chance instead. Chattel slave is my status. May we change this. Okay bye. Peace.

Courtney was both very knowledgeable &… Courtney was both very knowledgeable & both helpful & patient making sure that I understood the info. she was providing to me about health care plans as well as repeatedly asking me if I had further questions making sure that my policy coverage needs were met & that I was clear on coverage & cost options. She helped me not only reduce my mo. premium Co-pay, which was most helpful as l have very limited income. and helped me enroll in a $0.00 premium plan that is very adequate, comprehensive & meets all of my current health care needs. In addition to being so helpful, she was most cordial, courteous, kind, supportive & in general a joy to talk with. Fyi ...I am a retired Social Worker LCSW of 30 years & would easily say that my experience w/of Courtney was excellent & that she is outstanding in her role as healthcare phone specialist.
