I called as a frustrated teacher who makes less than 20k a year. My tax return for all of $400. Was being rejected due to 1095-a. I had not received it. Also was in jeopardy of not getting my refund as I’m homeless and needing all I can get as a low earner. May we fix this broken system in the US. children can’t read and I can’t afford 43k in student loans due to an associate degree. I can’t afford housing, nor to further my education. Micheal Ross took the time to review and explain the policies when I had a question. Valuable info about how the out-of-pocket expenses work, the deductible, and what plans offer health incentives. It was straightforward to talk with him. He cared about what options I made versus just rushing the process to get another caller.
