There was an issue with national… There was an issue with national general not insuring my new car that was just leased. Stephanie spent the majority of the day working with them, their underwriters, and additional companies to find me a policy that would work, even when the car VIN was missing in their systems. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a policy by the end of day.
