No tickets 1 windshield claim and raised my rate over $270 a month.Joe Kennedy was awesome had me cheaper rate and was very easy to work with. He even canceled my other insurance for me. Even helped save my friend over $100 on her insurance. These people are great don't hesitate to shop your auto insurance and any other insurance you need Savvy is great. Wish I had not waisted my 20+yrs with the lizard.

I couldn’t be happier with my… I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I filled out a quick form online and was almost immediately contacted by Kacy. She is the nicest, most helpful, and easy to talk to insurance agent I’ve ever worked with! From my past experiences, they tend to be a little pushy or robotic. Kacy found me a REALLY good rate, and thanks to her and Savvy, I’ll be paying almost $200 less for car insurance every month. Like I told Kacy, I can’t remember the last time I felt joy like this! Thank you SO MUCH.

There was an issue with national… There was an issue with national general not insuring my new car that was just leased. Stephanie spent the majority of the day working with them, their underwriters, and additional companies to find me a policy that would work, even when the car VIN was missing in their systems. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a policy by the end of day.

Seeking Senior Security (auto insurance) Upon calling to inquire about new insurance (ins.) cards, I was informed that my ins. had been canceled. Immediate depression set in. I'm 70, never been without ins., never caused an accident. and couldn't get auto ins. Was told outrageous rates or co. wasn't writing new policies, due to rates. Went online seeking senior ins. rates. Savvy offered the best rates. I called. When i explained my problem & what had occurred, Immediately Nan got the ball rolling, to get me insured. She was/is very helpful, courteous, understanding, patient, persistent, reliable, truthful etc. I'm fully insured. Depression's gone. THANKS TO SAVVY AND NAN !!!

Joe Kennedy (no relation) is a very good agent It was great that Joe Kennedy was able to answer me so quickly and get me switched. He is very easy to work with and I appreciate his follow through. It was unfortunate my installments increased but it was outside of his control. My suggestion is make it easier for the agent to have the most accurate quote when contacting to the potential client. Initially, Joe quoted one figure and when I provided information to pay, the rate increased. It is a bubble burster and If Bristol was not such a terrible experience, I would probably not have switched to pay more.
