After I picked one, she answered all the questions I had. There were a couple of glitches, primarily because after the policy was issued, I needed to change the effective date. But Lizeth patiently guided me through the process and everything was great. What I liked the most was that she always answered her phone and I didn't have to speak to a computer, which almost never happens in todays world.

GBI put the wrong account number on the… I put the wrong account number on the ACH form granted my fault and tried to remedy it the same day. Email a copy of a check but it took 3 days to fix. They also wanted to charge for NSF when there was money in the account
